Return policy
All returns accepted
* buyer should contact you within 7 Days after receiving the item.
* Refund given as Money Back.
* Return shipping will be paid by your buyer.

* No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. When you receive your jewelry inspect it carefully. Any manufacturer defect must be claimed as soon as possible you receive your order. We do not accept returns for any reason other than being defective. Choose your size carefully, all body jewelry can not be returned for exchange or credit because health reasons

Payment is due within SEVEN ( 7 ) days of End of Auction.

Shipped directly from Bangkok, Thailand.
Delivery to you with beautiful package box.
Delivery normally takes 7-21 working days after receive your clear payment.

Christmas / New Year shipping guidelines are as follows:
WORLDWIDE: December 5
AMERICA: December 1
AUSTRALIA: December 9
EUROPE: December 3
In our experience these dates are quite conservative,
and orders placed soon afterward are still likely to arrive before Christmas/New Year,
however the earlier you order the better!
We will ship Paypal confirm address only.
Our working days are Mon.-Fri.
Delivery normally takes 7-21 working days and will take the longer period in some countries as Canada, Spain etc.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery times, especially to countries experiencing postal strikes.

6. The seller is not responsible for theft/lost/damaged items due to shipping, please request insurance if this is a concern. I do include confirmation of delivery on items sold and will pack your items securely (organic starch packing peanuts may be used).
